Just like the tides going in and out without judgment of the tide itself, experience washing energetic blocks from within out with the waves of the ocean drum. This guided breathwork and ocean drum sounds will take you on a journey deep into self to evaluate what is no longer serving you. The sounds of the waves will assist in raising your frequency to release that which feel stuck.
